5 Simple Steps To Improve your Eyesight in a Week

Without proper eye sight, the whole world seems meaningless for everyone. Vision is a complex process, which means it happens in the brain. Proper eyesight is a very precious gift, but if someone eyesight is not 6/6. So there are many best things you can do to improve your eyesight.

But first of all, let’s have a look that what is causes of the low eyesight. Lack of sleep, Smoking, unhealthy diet plan, too much stress, lack of exercise, working in poor light, sitting for long hours in front of computer screen, watching television from close proximity.

Our eyes need daily exercise to keep them healthy, just like any other muscle in the body.  If you start glasses and contact lenses it is not the solution, you can ask from that person who wears glasses, they have not seen that their eyesight is going well.

5 Exercises to strengthen your eye muscles and improve your vision.

 1.Do Blinking

Blinking is often the simple way to keep your eyes fresh and healthy and being able to focus. Computer user and TV watchers tend to blink less because they are focused on something while watching. Try this simple exercise for one week you will get the better result. Try to blink 4- 6 seconds after two minutes. When you did this, note that how your eyes feel, they are relaxed, tired. Now do not blink for 30 seconds in two minutes. Do you feel the difference?

Blinking is a sign of relaxation. It keeps your eyes fresh and helps you to reduce eye strain.

 2.Just Eat more vitamin A

If you can not see properly at a night and in other time so it is because of Low vitamin A. Night blindness and other eye problems are caused deficiency of Vitamin A. This is why it is very important to eat foods that contain the good amount of Vitamin A.  Best food which contains Vitamin A are carrots, apricots, papaya, sweet potatoes, spinach, leafy vegetables, kale, butter, pumpkin, eggs, broccoli, winter squash, mango, peas and more.

 3.Do Rest properly

For Eye, health takes proper rest, enough sleep and takes the break during the work day. If you are on the computer all day, your eyes are under presser of stress and tiredness. Do your self a favor by taking rest for 10 minutes after 50 minutes. Simply close your eyes and walk in an office or at home and do not look at the screen. Then massage your eyes after 10 minutes.

 4.Do Palming

Palming is the best way to improve your eyesight and give them the smooth massage to your eyes. It not only keep your eyes relax but also relaxes your shoulder, neck eye muscles through the heart of palm. It is an easy method, just rub your both hands with each other and make them warm then close your eyes and cover them tightly with your hands and make sure no light is entering through fingers and don’t leave any gap between fingers. just imagine the deep darkness and focus on the blackness. Do this exercise two times for at least three minutes in a day. Just avoid the pressure on your eyeball.


 5.Must Protect your eyes from UV rays

it is important to protect your eyes from the harsh rays of the sun and its damaging UV rays. Limited sunlight is good for your eyes, but too much can cause harm to your eyes. Wear the sunglasses even when it is not a sunny day. At some time wear a hat along with your sunglasses to block the UV rays.
